How to Use Aluminium Foil to Whiten Your Teeth

Below, you will find a teeth whitening method, which can be done very easy, with a simple aluminum food foil. However, be careful, it is recommended not to use too often this procedure, just as if a professional teeth whitening at the dentist cannot be done very often.

You will need a few things like:

-aluminum foil

-salt

-baking soda

-toothpaste

Procedure:

-You just have to make two strips of aluminum foil; with them, you will cover the upper and lower teeth.

– Now, you will have to mix toothpaste with baking soda and salt.

– Coat the pieces of aluminum foil with the obtained mixture and place them on your teeth.

-Let it act for approximately 15 minutes

– After 15 minutes, remove the foil, rinse your mouth and brush your teeth with your usual toothpaste.

The results will be amazing!

Besides this whitening method, you will have to follow some rules in order to have a beautiful and healthy smile.

  1. Give up on tea, coffee, and red wine, these drinks contains substances that stain the teeth. If you consume them, wash your teeth every time.
  2. You should change your toothbrush every 2-3 months. Otherwise, you will only disperse bacterias in your mouth.
  3. Eat more carrots, celery, apples or even popcorn at the end of each meal. It will be helpful if you use dental floss.
  4. Brush your teeth twice a day; this should be the main rule!
  5.     Also, brush your teeth for about two minutes (not less) because it takes that long to fluoride from toothpaste fix enamel.
